What are your delivery times?
Please allow 24-48 business hours, Mon-Fri, for us to process your order and to receive your shipping notification. Most customers will receive their order within 3-5 business days from date of shipment. Rates may vary depending on carrier. Please check each carrier's respective insurance rates, as we offer a variety at checkout. Any shipment comes with a risk of loss and responsibility of delivery is passed to the carrier once it leaves our warehouse.
Do you provide worldwide shipping?
We currently ship only within the United States, but are working to be able to ship worldwide. It is a top priority to give our international beauty lovers a chance to try our products!
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the sensitive & hygienic nature of beauty products, all sales are final and we do not currently offer returns or exchanges.
My order says delivered but I don't see it
Once we package your products with love and care, it is in the hands of the carrier. If you have any issues with a shipped order not arriving or saying delivered but isn't at your shipping location, please reach out to your carrier to file a claim.

Where is my tracking number?
We've made it super easy because not receiving tracking can be frustrating!
After completing your order, you will receive an email with tracking. Please check junk & promo folders if you do not receive tracking within 48 business hours.

Can I edit my order after it's been placed?

What if I receive a damaged, missing, or wrong product?
We take extra steps to ensure your order gets to you quickly and safely!

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed and fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.

Products
Are you cruelty free or vegan?
Yes and Yes! We love animals and do not test on them. We believe if you are afraid to test beauty products on people, then you need better ingredients. Our products are also vegan friendly!
Are your products clean?
Our goal is to create carefully formulated products that make you feel beautiful inside and out! We are free from sulfates, parabens, & phthalates. Our products are also non-comedogenic, which means they are formulated to avoid blocking your pores.

Do you use fragrance?
In our products that contain fragrance, we use both naturally extracted scents and less than 1% of synthetic fragrance.
When we do use scents, we like them soft yet delightful.
How often do you restock?
Supply chain issues have made it harder for small, American businesses to guarantee prompt restock. We are working around the clock to ensure products are available!
